A Level 4 eLearning course is designed
as a simulation or a game which may include 3-D models, short movie
clips, and multiple interactive paths. Advanced Level 4 content may
include multi-player and synchronous actions. Level 4 course may
be packaged as HTML or Flash or movie clips.
