| Cary, NC - February 03, 2007: Today, Harvey Singh, CEO of Instancy, announced the official launch of the company's new, Web2.0-based, eLearning development and delivery application - Instancy Learning On-Demand PlatformT.
"Our design team has been developing and testing our Instancy Learning On-Demand PlatformT for the past three years with the goal of supporting the next generation of eLearning initiatives and to take advantage of the new and emerging web technologies. We're seeing the beginning of Web 2.0 technology moving into the learning and knowledge management world. It seems like a natural fit since we've been talking about collaborative and learner-centered training for quite some time now and Web 2.0 mindset takes us further toward an active learning and participation model," says Singh.

"One of the key things we're hearing repeatedly from our customers is the value of integrating advanced authoring, content management and learning delivery in a seamless workflow as opposed to disparate tools or applications. We're at the front-end of the convergence of learning management, learning content management, knowledge management, and web portals in an integrated, web-based framework in which participants can rapidly create and share different forms of knowledge content which can be routed to the right person at the right time."
Instancy Learning On-Demand PlatformT is deployed as a-subscription based software application enabling organizations to create, manage and deliver highly-effective structured and blended learning programs and, at the same time, share informal knowledge within their community or multiple communities within the extended enterprise. With Instancy, users can author eLearning content and multimedia presentations, webinars, deliver personalized learning tracks, and track user progress all within a single role-based portal framework. You can learn more about this at http://www.instancy.com/products_instancylearning.aspx.
The Web 2.0 web-template based authoring environment enables one or more content development teams to create rich, multimedia content, as well as share and reuse multimedia assets. Content can be updated and published "on the fly." With a built-in learning personalization engine and advanced learning object technologies, business users and instructional designers can build advanced content rapidly, plus add content personalization and sequencing rules that reduce learning time and make learning more relevant.
"With minimal training, we have non-technical people actually building e-learning content objects and courses," says Bill Wilson, CEO of Inner Harbor Partners. "We have found that when we have all the media elements available on the system, we can build a page of interactive and multimedia content using the templates in about five minutes." Instancy is working with Inner Harbor Partners and other alliance partners to bring the technology to clients in financial services, life sciences and other industries.
"At Instancy, our goal is to provide an integrated, next-generation knowledge and learning community platform that eliminates technology deployment hurdles and technology integration challenges by providing a fully hosted or Software-as-a-Subscription based system," says Singh. "Customers can get started without significant upfront costs and time. As they progress, they simply pay as they use the system."
