The Academic Advanced Distributed Learning (ADL) Co-Lab serves as the focal point for the nation's universities and colleges in promoting high quality, reusable content for distributed learning.
Primary objectives for the Academic ADL Co-Lab Mobile Learning Technology Center are the development and coordination of an environment that will:
Test proposed mobile learning solutions in a controlled environment on a range of vendor platforms, operating systems and peripheral devices
Demonstrate the operation of proposed mobile learning solutions systems using various environments and under various controlled conditions
Showcase new and innovative solutions using the latest in mobile learning technology
Focus collaborative efforts on mobile learning technology, especially in the development of standards
