Harvey Singh is the CEO and founder of Instancy, a web and mobile learning and knowledge platform and solutions company. He is a pioneer in the field of eLearning, mLearning, Human Performance Technology, and Knowledge Management. Prior to Instancy, Harvey served as Chief Learning Technology Officer for Centra Software, following the merger of Centra Software and the company he co-founded, MindLever. Harvey also served as an advisor to eLearning standards organizations such as ADL and IMS. In 2001, he was nominated for the eLearning Executive of the Year award.

At MindLever, Harvey was the visionary and principal architect behind creating the industry’s first system for rapid interactive content authoring, management, and personalization using a pioneer learning object and dynamic content delivery methodology. MindLever received the Intrepid Company of the Year award in 2001 from The Council for Entrepreneurial Development in North Carolina.

Prior to MindLever, Harvey co-founded Empower Corporation, an online learning product design and development outsourcing company which broke new ground in the areas of simulations, games, performance support, and story-based learning environments.

In 1993, Harvey also co-founded Empower India, an off-shore development company producing cutting-edge multimedia applications involving graphic designers, programmers, instructional designers, and project managers. Empower was awarded Company of the Year in the Innovation Category by NCEITA (North Carolina Electronics and Information Technology Association) in 1998.

In 1990-91, Harvey was involved in projects at Apple Classrooms of Tomorrow research lab, a think-tank within the Apple Advanced Technology Group which focused on the impact of technology on learning. As a recognized leader in eLearning, Harvey is frequently invited to speak at national and international conventions and to write articles and commentary on the topic of enterprise learning. Harvey has graduate degrees in both computer science and education technology from Stanford University and a bachelor's degree in computer science from North Carolina State University.

Faraaz has over ten years of experience in online learning industry including eLearning content development, Learning Management System deployment, web design, project management and customer support. He is a skilled visual/graphic designer and has designed and managed more than two hundred professional websites, learning portals, corporate presentations and multimedia/eLearning courses. He is responsible for team building, project management, design verifications and total quality management.

Faraaz has worked with Instancy for over six years and has worked on many innovative learning technology and high profile client projects and ensured quality delivery with business analysis. Before joining Instancy, Faraaz worked for Globarena IT knowledge as a project manager which got phenomenal success in digitizing the content for the entire publishing division of Osmania University. He was also the single point contact for high profile client such as ICICI and Wipro - traveling across multiple sites and managing design and eLearning content development processes. He has also worked for eBase interactive, Inc. (an IBM partner), as a visual design team leader, where he created many award winning web sites for high profile government and private sector clients. He started his career as senior designer for Net India Communications, where he managed a team of over twenty designers and successfully launched Hyderabad.com and many more city based portals.

Faraaz is an award winning singer and state performer and gold medalist in painting and sketching. He has a bachelor’s degree in computer application and a Masters in Business Administration (Marketing Management) from Osmania University. He is a Brain bench certified Adobe Photoshop expert. He is passionate about Cricket as a sport and making a difference in the field of education and training.

Pralay has more than six years of experience in online learning and knowledge product design and product management. He is skilled at all phases of project lifecycle, including requirements analysis, user interface design, prototyping, software testing and product training.

Pralay has worked with Instancy for over four years and has worked with many client in corporate training and educational institutes in multiple industry verticals in understanding their business models and learning systems requirements and helped them customize, configure and deploy Instancy On-Demand Learning platform, Learning Management System, Learning Content Management Systems, Web 2.0, social and mobile learning solutions.

Before joining Instancy, Pralay worked in the e-publishing industry as project manager.

Pralay has a Bachelor’s Degree in Information and Technology and Master’s Degree in Business Administration (Information System).

Pralay is a state level chess champion and he is passionate about cricket and music.

Bhupathi has more than ten years of experience in software development and enterprise software product life cycle management. At Instancy, Bhupathi manages all phases of software development life cycle and Instancy Platform development and technology innovation. While he has worked on software solutions for multiple verticals, he is most passionate about eLearning and learning management software, Web 2.0 and cloud computing.

Bhupathi has worked with Instancy for over three years developing the modular architecture involving Instancy Learning Management System, Learning Content Management Systems and social and mobile learning products and learning system integration and customizations.

Before joining Instancy, Bhupathi worked for ATS Translogic systems as software project leader. He has extensive experience in teaching of Microsoft Technologies. Bhupathi has Master's Degree in Computer Science.

Dharmesh has more than twelve years of experience in design and development of websites, flash animations, eLearning courses and web/mobile learning application design. He is an expert in multimedia tools such as Adobe Flash, Photoshop, Dreamweaver MX, Illustrator, Sound Forge, HTML, CSS and Action Scripting.

Dharmesh has worked with Instancy for over five years as project manager of learning platform (Software-as-a-Service) deployments and eLearning content development services. Before joining Instancy, Dharmesh worked with an eLearning services provider and managed a team of designers and developers of interactive e-Learning courses for electronics industry giants like Sony, Panasonic, JVC, Dedicated Micros, Vicon, AMAG Technologies, etc.

Dharmesh has a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce and is also a Brain bench certified Adobe Photoshop and Flash expert. He is passionate about automobiles, racing, photography and music.

Madu has over eight years of experience in the eLearning industry and Learning Management System deployment, web application development, project management and customer support. Madu is skilled in managing all phases of project management life cycle and customer support. While he has worked on software solutions for multiple verticals, he is most passionate about eLearning and learning management software, Web 2.0 and digital content development.

At Instancy, he is responsible to manage client relations, product implementation services and project management. He is empowered to own all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle for the projects. He has worked with many high profile customers and created high level of client loyalty and referrals.
