a product or service and may include product description,
presentations, multi-media demos, simulations, frequently
asked questions, features and benefits, competitive
information aggregated from external web sites, news/events
around that product, case studies, and more.
Product knowledge may be presented as a sub-portal
within larger customer education, sales, or customer
service portals and may be downloaded on a laptop/tabletPC,
or other mobile devices.
