A level 1 eLearning course
(delivered via a Web browser) is made up of basic HTML
pages organized around topics/sub-topics. The course structure
consists of course look and feel and branding (color scheme,
theme, logos, etc.), table of content (TOC), basic navigation
framework that allows the learner/end-user to move back
and forth through the course, exit the course. Optional
features include book-marking, student notes, email to
instructor, and tracking. Interactivity in a Level 1 course
may be limited to basic hyperlinks, pop-up explanations,
image maps, and simple text based quizzes (true/false or
multiple choice). Media elements within a level 1 eLearning
course consist of simple graphics, illustrations, or screen
shots.
