"Prior to using this product, I didn't have a way to create a course out of the materials I had, let alone a way to launch and track it."

Instructional Simulations

Instructional simulations create “a real-world” environment in which a user can experiment and learn about business processes, tools and job related or task-specific concepts, knowledge, skills and attitudes.

Simulations provide an engaging, ‘hands-on,’ ‘learning-by-doing,’ and problem-solving approach to mastering skills and knowledge. Simulations also provide a safe environment for practicing new skills or refreshing existing skills. Feedback or remediation within the simulated environment provides guidance or coaching to assist the learner in learning new tasks or skills. Simulations can be used to learn new skills or also to assess the skills, knowledge, and attitude.

Simulations may be rich in media elements or may be created using simple graphics and text screens. Simulation may be applied for a wide variety of skills from hardware (tools or equipment), software, soft-skills (interpersonal skills and role-plays), virtual building, geo-spatial terrains, business, financial models, to multi-dimensional eco-systems.
